"During the meeting, the unprecedented nature of the Russian-Indian Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership was noted, and a high assessment was given to the positive dynamics of bilateral relations in various fields," according to a statement from the Russian government.
The two sides discussed in detail the OPCW, other issues of the current global issues in the field of arms control and non-proliferation of WMD.
The two sides emphasized their intention to further coordinate cooperation between the two countries in the international arena, including in BRICS and other multilateral formats.
They reaffirmed the commitment to form a polycentric world order based on fair and democratic principles and the rule of law.
Ryabkov who took part in the Raisina Dialogue also met with Helga Schmid, Secretary General of European External Action Service (EEAS).
