IAF helicopter crashes in Arunachal Pradesh

“The helicopter was doing sortie from Hayuliang of Anjaw district of Arunachal to Rochham of the same district. It included two pilots, one engineer and two crews. All Officers and crew members are safe,” a senior official said.

Helicopter rotors got damaged completely
A MI- 17 helicopter of IAF Indian air force crashed during landing at Rochham helipad in Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday.

A senior official who does not want to be named told ET, “The helicopter was doing sortie from Hayuliang of Anjaw district of Arunachal to Rochham of the same district. It included two pilots, one engineer and two crews. All Officers and crew members are safe.”

He added, “Helicopter rotors got damaged completely”.
