Hotline between India-US on the anvil
An announcement on a hotline between the Indian defense minister, Nirmala Sitharaman and the US defense secretary, General Jim Mattis, is on the anvil and is likely to be made during the 2X2 dialogue between the USA and India that begins on September 6.
