Doval raises UK-based violent extremism with UK counterpart
Ajit Doval raised issue of UK-based violent extremism in the context of Sikh radicals and other radical groups with his counterpart from the UK Stephen Lovegrove.

They discussed a wide range of subjects of bilateral and global significance. The focus was on specific and substantial outcomes to take the partnership forward in line with the vision of the Roadmap 2030, sources told ET.
The key points discussed included cooperation in cyber security, maritime and Indo-Pacific, regional security and dealing with violent extremism, sources informed.
Taking forward discussions between the two Prime Ministers, they discussed forward looking cooperation in technology and defence sectors with a focus on key objectives of Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, sources further informed.
The United Kingdom and India signed a new defence cooperation agreement during then PM Boris Johnson’s India visit. The UK is creating an India specific open general export license reducing bureaucracy and reducing delivery times for defence procurement, Johsnson then claimed.
