Diplomatic victory for India as Kulbhushan Jadhav allowed to file review petition
In a massive diplomatic victory for India, Kulbhushan Jadhav has been allowed to file a review plea challenging his execution in Pakistan. Pakistan had earlier claimed that the former Indian Navy officer, currently serving a death sentence in that country had refused to file a review plea on June 17, 2020.
