Delhi terror plot: Lashkar boss Dujana in Kashmir hatched plan
Dujana succeeded Abu Qasim, as the Lashkar's operational commander after the latter's death in a gunfight in J&K on October 29.

The only known Lashkar militant named Ukasha was Abu Ukasha Afghani, its divisional commander who was killed in a gun battle in Kashmir's Handwara area last year. The cropping up of an identical name has put the security agencies on their toes.
Dujana, however, is not an unknown factor. He is the most wanted militant in Kashmir and carries a reward of Rs 8 lakh for his capture. Sources say that Dujana, having been recently appointed the Lashkar's top commander in Kashmir, wants to make a big-bang start by targeting Delhi and the prime minister, whose cordon is considered impossible to penetrate.
Dujana succeeded Abu Qasim, as the Lashkar's operational commander after the latter's death in a gunfight in J&K on October 29. A Pakistani national, Qasim was the mastermind of the Udhampur attack of August 5 in which two BSF personnel were killed and 11injured.
Based apparently on information from sources connected to Lashkar sympathisers and from technical surveillance in the Valley , the Delhi Police FIR detailed the potential action being planned by the terror group.
It said, "To give shape to its nefarious designs, the LeT handlers have infiltrated terrorists into India through J&K and other international borders. It has further been informed that two LeT operatives namely Dujana and Ukasha, who have long been reported to be based in J&K are conspiring to target high profile personalities in Delhi by carrying out fidayeen and grenade attacks -either themselves or through their cadres informed to be using name codes of Noman, Zaid, Khursheed etc, who are actively participating in the conspiracy ."
The FIR added that these revelations disclosed a deep-rooted conspiracy by the Lashkar-e-Toiba against the unity , integrity, security and sovereignty of India and sa id the conspiracy needed to be investigated immediately in order to prevent any terrorist strikes.
