Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will visit Army stations in the northeastern state and will also attend the Tawang festival.

Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar to visit Arunachal Pradesh
NEW DELHI: Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will undertake a three-day visit starting tomorrow to Arunachal Pradesh, just days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi's trip to China.

Parrikar will visit Army stations in the state and will also attend the Tawang festival.

Modi is scheduled to travel to China in May. China had objected to the visit of former Defence Minister A K Antony to Arunachal Pradesh to which China lays its claim.

Hitting back, Antony criticised China for raising objections to his visit to Arunachal Pradesh.
