Bharat Forge arm, Paramount unveil next-generation Simha 4x4 armoured vehicle: What are its key features?

Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), the wholly owned defence subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited, in partnership with Paramount, unveiled the Simha 4x4, a next-generation Light Armoured Multi-Purpose Vehicle (LAMV), at Eurosatory 2026.

Developed to address the rapidly evolving mobility, protection and mission requirements of armed forces in India, Africa, South Asia, and other global markets, the Simha 4x4, is an ab initio design – that delivers a uniquely capable multi-purpose platform.

What are key features?

• Multi-Role Armoured Vehicle: The Simha 4x4 combines power, agility, and protection, making it suitable for urban warfare, reconnaissance missions, and both on-road and off-road operations.
