'Abnormality becoming the new normal': Rajnath flags risks to oil trade from Hormuz tensions
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh warned that escalating tensions in West Asia could disrupt global energy and trade routes. Speaking at a maritime event, Singh said the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf remain critical to global oil supply. He cautioned that instability in the region risks turning an abnormal security environment into a new normal.
