The vehicle fell into a 150 meter deep gorge when they were going to a nearby site of barbed wire fencing to guard workers of National Projects Construction Company yesterday.

AGARTALA: At least 13 BSF jawans were injured when a vehicle carrying a contingent of the border guards fell into a gorge near Bhaghirathpara, a remote tribal hamlet in the Indo-Bangla border, in Dhalai district, BSF officials said here today.

The vehicle fell into a 150 meter deep gorge when they were going to a nearby site of barbed wire fencing to guard workers of National Projects Construction Company (NPCC) yesterday.

Three jawans, whose condition were serious, were air lifted to Agartala for admission at Agartala Government Hospital while the rest were admitted to Gandacherra Sub- divisional Hospital, the officials said.
