Zuari FarmHub appoints Prasanna H K as the Chief Financial Officer

Zuari FarmHub has appointed Prasanna H K as the Chief Financial Officer to further strengthen and boost the company's financial operations and key long-term business strategies.

Prasanna, a veteran finance leader, with extensive experience in fundraising, fund accounting, valuation of companies, controllership, business finance, financial planning & analysis, compliance, and reporting, he will be leading the finance section within the Adventz group, the parent company of Zuari FarmHub Ltd.

Prasanna has over two decades of experience and is a target-oriented senior finance executive whose strength is strategic thinking combined with operational bandwidth. His experience spans across consumer commerce, venture capital, ad tech, software products, and services companies.


Prior to joining Zuari FarmHub, he was with Furlenco (Kieraya Furnishing Solutions Pvt Ltd), where he was responsible for raising and managing funds including interacting with Private Equity, Venture Capital fund houses, and the entire gamut of Finance, Legal & Secretarial functions. In his current profile, Prasanna will work closely with the MD & CEO, Madan Pandey, Zuari FarmHub.
