Zolo appoints Tata CLiQ’s Amit Dixit as CTO

Co-living brand Zolo has appointed Amit Dixit as its chief technology officer, said a statement issued today.

Dixit joins the firm from Tata CLiQ, where he was the principal engineer. In his new role, he will lead the teams in design, product development, technology strategy and programme management.

Dixit brings with him over 21 years of experience of product and software development, large-scale platform management, technology roadmap development, Cloud migration and Cloud strategy across business domains such as banking, retail, ERP and e-commerce.


“Technology is the backbone of Zolo and Dixit joins us at a very important juncture where customer engagement needs to be enhanced. His vast experience in the domain will help us continue to enable innovative and engaging experiences for our customers,” said Nikhil Sikri, CEO and co-founder, Zolo.

“I hope to make a meaningful contribution towards leading and supervising the technical roadmap, key functions and technical indicators of the company,” said Dixit.

Zolo is backed by Investcorp, Nexus Ventures Partners, IDFC Alternatives, Trifecta Capital and Mirae Assets. In the last round of Series C funding in July 2020, the firm raised $56 million, making it a total of $90 million raised till date.
