Zepto, the brainchild of Vohra and Palicha, stands out for its commitment to delivering a diverse array of products within minutes. The app caters to a wide spectrum of consumer needs, ranging from online groceries and fresh produce to personal care items and electronics.
Earlier this year, the company secured $200 million in funding which propelled Zepto's valuation to $1.4 billion, marking it as the first Indian unicorn of 2023.
Following closely in the rankings is 24-year-old Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash, the visionary founder of Bhanzu—a research initiative that has positively impacted over 2 million students across India. Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavors, Neelakantha has earned global acclaim as the world's fastest human calculator. His remarkable feat includes clinching India's first gold at the Mental Calculation World Championship.
The fourth and fifth positions on the list were secured by Rahul Rawat (24) of Space Technology Digantara and Anirudh Singla (24) of Content Marketing Pepper, further exemplifying the diverse talents emerging from India's youth.
Youngest 'Top 100 Under 30 List 2023' Women:
Neetu Yadav: After Kejriwal, she has emerged as another entrepreneur who stands out in the list for her role in founding Animall. An alumni of IIT-Delhi, she is hailed for working in the fragmented cattle market with a digital platform.
"The profound impact of Animall is evident when a farmer described it as a “revolution” rather than just an app," said the official press release.
Vrushali Prasade: WithShubham Mishra and Harikrishna Valiyath who dropped out of BITS Pilani, she co-founded Pixis in 2017 which is an AI-based marketing cloud to automate creative management and generation at scale, along with detailed insights.
Sai Gole: From launching Bharat Agri in 2017 with her business partner Siddharth Dialani, she is placed at the fifth position.
