Videocon Industries bags National Energy Conservation Award 2013

CHENNAI: Videocon Industries, part of the Videocon Group, has received the National Energy Conservation Award for 2013 by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency, Ministry of Power, at a function held in New Delhi, recently.

Videocon Industries Ltd Chief Financial Officer, Sunil Jain received the award from President Pranab Mukherjee and Minister of State for Power Jyotiraditya Scindia, a company release here said.

Videocon Industries has been awarded the National Energy Conservation Award for 2013 for its efforts in Research and Development and product upgradation through energy saving measures, it said.
