MUMBAI: Usha Narayanan has taken charge as Executive Director of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
Narayanan will be in charge of Corporation Finance Department and Investment Management Department - Division of Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and Custodians, SEBI said in a release here today.
Prior to this, Narayanan was Chief General Manager, SEBI. PTI RRP MAJ SH 09042023
