US HR tech firm Isolved opens GCC in Hyderabad, its biggest campus outside the US
US-based HR tech firm isolved has established its largest global capability center outside the US in Hyderabad, India. The company plans to hire 400 employees by 2027 to scale engineering, AI, and product development for its human capital manageme...

The company on Monday inaugurated a new 28,000 sq ft office in Hyderabad and plans to hire 400 employees by the end of 2027, as part of a broader push to turn India into a key hub for building its next-generation human capital management (HCM) products.
Isolved currently has eight offices across the US and a smaller customer support presence in Colombia.
“India is the whole bet right now. Initially, we were thinking of 20-40 people, and now we are looking at 400+," Yogesh More, general manager, isolved India, told ET.
Unlike many global capability centres that largely handle back-office functions, isolved said its India teams will directly build products for the company’s global platform.
“They’ll be building two products: Better Benefits and Marketplace. With AI coming into play, these talent in Hyderabad is at par with anybody in the world. These teams are going to contribute equally when you build these products," More added.
The Hyderabad centre will support product engineering, AI-driven capabilities, platform delivery as well as payroll and tax processing operations, the company said.
More said Hyderabad emerged ahead of cities like Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi after the company evaluated multiple locations.
“What they saw is the infrastructure is amazing. There is so much presence of other companies here, which gives assurance that things are going really well,” he said.
He added that the city’s existing HR tech ecosystem also was a major contributor.
According to the company, around 50-60% of hires so far already have domain expertise in HR implementations and customer support.
"Hyderabad gives us the depth of talent and capability to accelerate product development and deliver more intelligent, human-centric solutions while also building out the back-office processing functions, like payroll and tax, that keep our customers’ businesses running," Pragya Gupta, Chief Operating Officer, isolved said.
isolved, which serves more than 200,000 employers and 9 million employees in the US, said the India centre is expected to evolve into a centre of excellence for engineering and AI innovation.
