Upendra Joshi joins law firm Legasis Partners as partner

MUMBAI: Former partner of Khaitan & Co., Upendra Joshi has joined law firm Legasis Partners as a partner at its Mumbai office from September 1, 2017.

Joshi has 23 years of experience in Indian law and documentation related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects, project finance as well as international capital markets. At Legasis, he will head the corporate, M&A, Projects and Project Finance, PPP, Nuclear Power and capital markets practice.
