Tanya, 27, has just resigned from her job at an IT services company. One of the top performers in her team, Tanya decided to leave because she had a lousy boss. He would take credit for her work, never provide positive feedback and would fail to support the team members in accomplishing their job. Tanya and other team members were demotivated. The HR department has scheduled an exit interview with her. Tanya is not sure she should tell the organisation about issues around the boss. What should Tanya do? Tell HR the truth or be diplomatic.
