Case Study 6 – Team Conflict

Ajai leads a sales team of eight. The team performs well, but there is a problem. In a recent development, two members of this team have stopped talking to each other. In team meetings, they either don't talk or talk down at each other. They can't see eye to eye even on work-related issues. Ajai figured both the team members had a bitter argument a few days ago.
