Case Study

Seema is facing a tough situation at work. She is a top performer, but has a team leader who is ineffective. Whenever Seema has a career-related concern, the manager either ignores it or responds clumsily to the query. Seema is not sure whether her manager is unwilling or does not have the ability to resolve her concerns. Both the possibilities are bad for her career growth. What should she do?
