Shweta has been working for a telecom company for the past three years. Her work hours stretch beyond the time she spends in office. She has been taking work -related calls till late evening often. But now she is facing a problem. Shweta got married a few months ago and lives with her husband and in-laws. While her husband understands her never-ending work hours, her in-laws are upset that she gets work-related calls well after the stipulated work hours. She is not able to cope with the expectations of the family, and the performance pressure. How should Shweta deal with such a situation?
