Case Study 7 – Dual Reporting

In his current role, Kapil reports to two bosses. Both assign him work with short deadlines. What makes things more difficult is that both these bosses do not collaborate often. Consequently, Kapil is facing work overload. He does not want to let either of the bosses down, but time management is becoming a big stress factor for him. How should he deal with the issue?
