Case Study

A team member in a critical project asked Rajeev for three days off from work. Since project deadlines were close and a lot of work was pending, Rajeev declined. Next day, the team member called him and said he was down with viral fever. A day later, another team member told Rajeev that he had seen the unwell team member at a mall, shopping. What should Rajeev do?

A. Talk to the employee and take action
