Case Study

Sanchita has a problem employee in her team. This employee has spent three years in the company and is fairly conversant with the processes. But whenever something goes wrong with work, he blames others. His blaming behaviour is causing friction in the team. He is an efficient worker, but poor in work ethics. What should Sanchita do?
