Sumeet and his colleagues are always struggling to meet the deadlines. The reason is their boss who is good-natured and competent, but procrastinates. He waits till the last moment to delegate work. He wants changes in presentations, reports etc. at the last minute. The team is finding it difficult to cope. What should they do?
