Case Study

Ritesh has a new job offer before the appraisals and is unsure about accepting it. While his current manager has hinted that he can expect a good pay hike without an elevation in role, the new offer is from a smaller company, but promises a bigger role. In the new role, there is not so substantial pay hike. A time-bound offer means he cannot wait it out till the appraisal cycle is over to decide. What should he do?
