Tata group's new Chairman Cyrus Mistry meets Commerce Minister Anand Sharma
Tata group's new Chairman Cyrus Mistry today called on Commerce and Industry Minister Anand Sharma.

Mistry, who took over the reins of the over USD 100 billion salt-to-software conglomerate after Ratan Tata retired on December 28 on turning 75, had a one-on-one meeting with the minister for about 20 minutes.
While the agenda of the meeting could not be ascertained, officials in the ministry described the meeting as a courtesy call by the 44-year-old new head of the diversified group.
Tata had 'introduced' Mistry to Sharma on December 22, 2011, a month after the group announced his successor.
Earlier this month, Mistry had met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, his first after becoming the chief of the Tata group.
