'Taste Kaamyaabi Ka': Tata Sons chief N Chandrasekaran takes chai break in Davos at Tata Tea kiosk

A cup of tea always gives a refreshing felling. Be is student, manager or chairman of one of the world's biggest corporate group. Tata Sons Chairman Natarajan Chandrasekaran was seen having a cup of tea at the chilly environment of Davos, Switzerland.

“Warmed up by a delicious cup of tea, especially curated for @Davos #WEF23 by Tata Tea, looking forward to some busy days of dialogue ahead with our Chairman and other colleagues in the Tata Sons and TCS delegations,” Abhinav Kumar, a senior TCS executive, tweeted, with a photo of him and Chandrasekaran at the Tata Tea kiosk in Davos.



Similarly in 2018, Chandrasekaran also took some time off for a Masala Chai break. Tata Tea has been serving a special range of teas called Tata Tea 1868 at the World Economic Forum (WEF) summit in Davos since 2018.

Apart from the Tata Tea kiosk, there is a significant presence of India pavilions with a wide range of foods and drinks at the Davos. Indian food items including samosas, kachoris, tikkas and biryanis, along with different flavours of tea and coffee are attracting lot of visitors in Davos.

Special chefs have been arranged with most of the food ingredients being sourced directly from India.

About early 100 Indian business leaders, along with union ministers, chief ministers, state ministers and political leaders are visiting at Davos for the five-day summit.

Four Union ministers - Mansukh Mandaviya, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Smriti Irani and R.K. Singh - as also Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, along with a number of officials and business leaders would be present from India.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Karnataka's B.S. Bommai were also earlier listed but they are unlikely to attend the summit. AAP leader Raghav Chaddha is also here, so are Telangana minister K.T. Rama Rao and Tamil Nadu minister Thangam Thennarasu.

Among business leaders, Gautam Adani, Sanjiv Bajaj, N Chandrasekaran, Nadir Godrej, Ajit Gulabchand, Sajjan Jindal, Sunil Mittal, Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Nandan Nilekani, Adar Poonawalla, Rishad Premji, TV Narendran, Byju Raveendran and Shobhana Kamineni are some of the prominent business leaders who will attend the Davos summit.
