Former Tata Motors, Unilever executive Siddharth Kapur launches InsynQ

Siddharth Kapur, a former executive at Tata Motors, Unilever and Danone, has launched InsynQ by Quantum, a growth advisory venture aimed at helping startups, family-owned businesses and growth-stage enterprises scale their operations.

Backed by Quantum's 36 years of experience in consumer and cultural research, the venture will work with founders, promoters and leadership teams on business strategy, brand positioning, market expansion and execution.

Unlike traditional project-based consulting firms, InsynQ will operate through an embedded partnership model, working alongside businesses to connect consumer insights and strategic planning with commercial execution.

Kapur, who serves as founder and chief executive officer of InsynQ, brings more than two decades of experience across consumer brands and business transformation.

His previous work includes repositioning nutrition brand Protinex from a traditional medical nutrition product to an over-the-counter offering and scaling Nutriburst Gummies from inception to Rs 100 crore across India and the UK.

“India has no shortage of ambition, ideas or entrepreneurial energy. The harder question is how businesses turn that ambition into compounding growth. As companies move from early traction to scale, the decisions become increasingly interconnected. Consumer understanding influences positioning, positioning influences go-to-market, and go-to-market ultimately has to translate into commercial outcomes. We created InsynQ to stay close to that entire journey. Our role is not to hand over another strategy document, but to work alongside leaders, challenge assumptions, help make the difficult choices and remain accountable for turning strategy into action,” Kapur said.

The venture aims to address challenges faced by businesses transitioning from early-stage growth to larger operations, particularly in areas such as entering new markets, developing brands, strengthening distribution and building scalable operating models.

According to the company, its team has worked with businesses including Nothing Before Coffee, Snitch, Blissclub, Supertails, Pop Club, Vadilal and Gits.
