Swiggy completes sale of Lynks Logistics to Trustroot Internet

Swiggy Limited on Friday announced the completion of the sale of its entire shareholding in Lynks Logistics Limited to Trustroot Internet Private Limited.

The transaction, involving Swiggy Networks Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary of Swiggy, was completed at the close of business on October 15, 2026, according to a regulatory filing dated October 16.

Following the transaction, Lynks Logistics ceased to be a subsidiary of Swiggy Networks and, consequently, a step-down subsidiary of Swiggy Limited, the company said.

The announcement follows Swiggy’s earlier intimation dated September 7, 2026, regarding the transaction.
