Sudhir Rangnekar appointed as MD of Sical Logistics
Sical Logistics Ltd on Monday said it has appointed Sudhir Rangnekar as its managing director and group chief executive officer and Karthik Menon as promoters' nominee on its board of directors.

NEW DELHI: Sical Logistics Ltd on Monday said it has appointed Sudhir Rangnekar as its managing director and group chief executive officer and Karthik Menon as promoters' nominee on its board of directors.
Rangnekar will be in charge of overall operations, financial and human resource of Sical and all its associate companies, a company release said.
The company also appointed Karthik Menon as promoters' nominee on its Board.
Menon was working as whole time director in the company and was responsible for drafting and implementing Sical's restructuring strategy and raising resources.
