Steps would be taken to prevent duping of Indians going to Malaysia for employment, Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi said on Wednesday.

CHENNAI: Steps would be taken to prevent duping of Indians going to Malaysia for employment, Overseas Indian Affairs Minister Vayalar Ravi said on Wednesday.

Ravi told reporters at the Chennai airport soon after his arrival from Kuala Lumpur that he had met Malaysian Minister Dato Samavel in this regard and held discussions with him.

Another round of discussions on the issue was likely to take place in November this year, when Dato Samavel would arrive in New Delhi, he said.
