Sprinklr appoints Adobe's Amitabh Misra as CTO

Sprinklr, a unified customer experience management platform for modern enterprises, has brought on board Amitabh Misra, a former Adobe executive, as chief technology officer (CTO) effective April 1, 2024.

Misra will lead Sprinklr’s all research and development (R&D) teams across the globe including product and engineering, and will report directly to its founder and CEO Ragy Thomas, the New York-based company said in a statement on Thursday.

“Sprinklr’s CTO is crucial for our customers, partners, employees, and overall business success,” Thomas said. “Amitabh has invaluable industry expertise, extensive experience in scaling businesses, and a deep understanding of AI technology. His insight into our industry, customers’ needs, and the evolving landscape of enterprise solutions is unmatched.”


In his previous stint, Misra served as vice-president of experience cloud engineering at Adobe, where he led a global R&D team including engineers and product leaders across India, Europe, and the US for the US software major’s experience cloud platform.

Before joining Adobe, he was the founder and CEO of GOFro.com and CTO, chief architect, and head of engineering at Snapdeal.

“As a technology leader, I specialise in building and managing large-scale technology platforms and teams, while also creating innovative solutions for customers,” Misra said.
