Sinha amongst top 50 businessmen

Gunjan Sinha of MetricStream, has been named as one of the top 50 Asian-American businessperson.

BANGALORE: Gunjan Sinha, executive chairman of city-based MetricStream, has been named as one of the top 50 Asian-American businessperson.

Sinha has been recognised as one of the premier Asian- American business executives in the US by the Asian American Business Development Centre (ABBDC).

Sinha, whose name figured in the 'Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award' list, was presented the award at a ceremony held in New York recently, a release said.

The award is presented annually to recognise individuals who have built successful businesses or who have distinguished themselves in their communities.

Sinha has over the last 18 years held various entrepreneurial board and executive positions. He was the co-founder of WhoWhere Inc President, a leading internet directory service company. He also co-founded Viman Software, a network license management company and Parsec Technologies, an international BPO firm based in India.

He is currently the chairman of MetricStreams, the market leader in enterprise-wide governance, risk, compliance and quality management solutions, the release said.
