RNRL may produce MoU in court on Wednesday

MUMBAI: Reliance Natural Resources (RNRL) is expected to produce the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani at the Bombay High Court on Wednesday. RNRL counsel Ram Jethmalani said only the relevant portion will be produced in the court on Wednesday in a sealed envelope, to be opened only by the court.

The MoU was the basis of dividing Reliance assets between the Ambani siblings, and holds the key to the gas supply dispute between the brothers.

Justice J N Patel had earlier asked for the gas supply master agreement to be produced in the court. RIL counsel Harish Salve, however, objected to this. The hearing will continue on Wednesday.
