Renault-Nissan Alliance appoints Jayakumar David as India HR head
NEW DELHI: Renault-Nissan Alliance today announced the appointment of Jayakumar David as HR Director in India with effect from November 1.

David currently serves as Vice-President HR RNTBCI (Renault Nissan Technology and Business Centre India) and will continue with this role as well.

In his new role, David will be responsible for all the Alliance HR operations in India, Renault-Nissan Alliance said in a statement.

"We are pleased to welcome David in his new role and extend our full support to him in successfully executing his mandate, as we aspire to strengthen the Renault-Nissan Alliance in India," Alliance Global Director HR, Africa-Middle East-India (AMI) Region Dominique Dumoulin, said.

David will be based in Chennai, reporting to Sumit Sawhney, Country CEO and Managing Director Renault India Operations and Thomas Kuehl, President Nissan India Operations, with a functional reporting to Dominique Dumoulin, Alliance HR Director, AMI Region.

He will also report to Krishnan Sundararajan, Managing Director RNTBCI for specific entity related activities.
