Randstad India appoints Narayan Iyer as managing director

Talent company Randstad India has appointed Narayan Iyer as managing director and chair of the Randstad India management council, the company said on Monday.

Iyer will lead Randstad's four specialisations in India—operational, professional, digital and enterprise—and have indirect responsibility for the company's three India-based shared service centres.

He brings more than three decades of diversified expertise and leadership in the IT services and consulting industry, having most recently served as the president of Bajaj Technology Services, the technology business unit of Bajaj Finserv Direct.


"Narayan has a strong track record of driving growth for large-scale enterprises and leading strong teams across global markets,” said Myriam Beatove Moreale, executive board member, Randstad. “His IT and digital experience will be vital as we accelerate the implementation of our partner for talent strategy."

Iyer will lead Randstad India's next phase of growth, strengthen its digital-first capabilities and reinforce the company's position as a talent partner in India.
