In India, 20% of Pitney Bowes employees are women, and women make up 42% of the Pitney Bowes India senior management team. Globally, 37% of Pitney Bowes employees are women and 27% of the company’s senior management team are women.

Highlights of the ‘Mayeri’ parenthood policy include: free sessions with nutritionists for new parents, baby care with crèche tie-ups to care providers, a designated ‘buddy’ to update new mothers on work-related matters and to help them smoothly transition post their maternity break, and special parking spots.
