PESB recommends K D Diwan for Chairman & Managing Director

The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended the name of K D Diwan, Director (Operation) of state owned copper miner, Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), for the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the company in an interview held on 1 ^stMarch, 2012.

The appointment will be subject to approval by the central government. Mr Diwan is supposed to take charge following the superannuation of the current incumbent Mr Shakeel Ahmed who is due to retire on Ausgust 31, 2012.
