PeopleStrong ropes in Vineet Pandita as deputy CTO

PeopleStrong, an enterprise HR technology company has hired Vineet Pandita as deputy chief technology officer. Pandita was last working as senior vice president engineering & product at OYO, according to the release.

“The current pandemic has fast-tracked our growth within and outside of India, as we rapidly expand across South East Asia, Middle East, and ANZ. Vineet clearly ticks all the boxes that we need for building a world-class technology that can manage the type of scale we know is coming – and I am personally very excited to have him along for the next phase of growth in PeopleStrong’s journey,” said Sandeep Chaudhary, CEO, PeopleStrong.

According to a company release, PeopleStrong brought in Aon CEO, Sandeep Chaudhary as president and board member in 2020, who is now the CEO.


Pandita has also previously worked at MakeMyTrip. "In my new journey with PeopleStrong, I want to tackle the challenge of bringing SaaS technology to help build employee-centric businesses," Pandita said. PeopleStrong clients span 14 industry segments and include the likes of the Tata Group, Aditya Birla Group, Murugappa group, AmaraRaja group, Future Group, among others, according to the release.
