Over 700 corporates, including foreign companies, are likely to participate in the three-day Global Investors Meet (GIM) starting here on October 28.

Indore: Over 700 corporates, including foreign companies, are likely to participate in the three-day Global Investors Meet (GIM) starting here on October 28.

State's Industry Minister Kailash Vijayvergiya today presided over a meeting called to review the preparations for GIM, an official of Audyogik Kendra Vikas Nigam said.

Anil Ambani-led Reliance Group, Godrej, Essel Group, Fortis, Hero MotoCorp, ONGC, Welspun Energy, Phillips Electronics, GE Somany Ceramics and Rio Tinto, among others, are likely to take part in the three-day meet, the official said.

The state's Industry Department is expecting more than 100 MoUs between Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and other paticipating firms, he said.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan would be present during the international event, he added.
