Mumbai: Personal care brand Nat Habit on Saturday said it has raised Rs 142 crore in a funding round led by Trident Growth Partners to fuel its expansion plans and achieve 60-70 per cent revenue growth in the current financial year.

The company, which had a gross annual revenue of Rs 330 crore in FY26, has raised Rs 142 crore in a Series C funding round led by Trident Growth Partners, with participation from existing investors Bertelsmann India Investments, Mirabilis Investment Trust and Sharrp Ventures.

The fresh capital will be utilised towards three strategic priorities like expanding Nat Habit's product portfolio to address a broader range of everyday personal care needs, scaling its distribution across quick commerce and offline retail, and deepening its digital reach across tier II and III cities and beyond.

In addition, the company will continue to strengthen the formulation and manufacturing capabilities central to its Fresh Ayurveda positioning.

Speaking with PTI, Nat Habit co-founder Swagatika Das said the company plans to expand production capacity from 1 million units to 5 million units over the next two years.

"Currently, the company has a manufacturing unit in Gurugram, and the capacity expansion will be a greenfield project that we take up in the central part of the country, or we divide it into two units in two corners of the country," she added.

The company is also planning its next growth phase by foraying into new product segments, including body wash, serums, sunscreen, and hair colour, over the next three years, Das said.

We are delighted to welcome Trident Growth Partners as we build on this momentum and take Nat Habit into its next phase of growth," she added.
