Mercator arm wins corporate awards

Mercator Lines (Singapore), a subsidiary of Mercator Lines, has won two Singapore Corporate Awards 2009 for Best Annual Reports (Silver and Bronze) for the ���Newly-Listed Companies��� and ���$300 million to less than $1 billion market capitalisation��� categories, respectively.

It is for the first time that an Indian-owned company has received such a recognition. What is noteworthy is that it won the awards within the first year of its listing.
