Legasis Services announces acquisition of EthicsIndia
MUMBAI: Mumbai based legal tech company Legasis Services has announced the acquisition of Ethics Research and Consulting ( EthicsIndia). The acquisition will be completed on September 11, 2017.

EthicsIndia that helps organizations build a culture of ethics will enable Legasis, that offers legal solutions on intellectual property management, contract management, litigation management, board evaluation and sexual harassment prevention to provide ethics-related solutions.

“EthicsIndia offers unique content and service layer that will sit on top of Legasis’ robust compliance, governance and ethics platform. We see considerable synergistics gains through the acquisition,” chairman of Legasis, Arun Kulkarni said in a release.

Anita Shantaram, founder of EthicsIndia said that she expects Legasis support will “propound the impact on corporate India by creating awareness and sensitization in the field of ethics and governance”.
