Lalit Jalan nominated to REL Board
Reliance Energy Ltd on Thursday said its Mumbai distribution business' Executive Director and BSES Chairman Lalit Jalan has been inducted into the company's board.

NEW DELHI: Reliance Energy Ltd on Thursday said its Mumbai distribution business' Executive Director and BSES Chairman Lalit Jalan has been inducted into the company's board.
Jalan, who was last week named Chairman of both REL's Delhi distribution businesses - BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd, had joined the undivided Reliance Group as Chief Executive Officer for the Polypropylene business in 1995.
He then became the head of E-business initiative for the Group, following which he took up the responsibility for the entire distribution business of Mumbai and Delhi covering six million customers.
