John Parker, chairman of National Grid in the UK, Rolf Bartke, chairman of Kuka and Juan Manuel Eguiagaray Ucelay, director of studies at Fundacion Alternativas, are the other nominees. The new directors will be voted in at extraordinary shareholder meeting October 22, EADS said.

The addition of four outside directors follows EADS' July 16 decision to try to improve management by introducing independent voices at Europe's largest aerospace company.
