Mumbai: Dixon Technologies has appointed Josh Foulger as president for IT hardware and new projects at its wholly owned subsidiary Padget Electronics Private Limited (PEPL), effective from February 16, 2026.

PEPL primarily manufactures and assembles mobile handsets and set-top boxes. It commenced its manufacturing facility in Noida in November 2015.

Foulger previously served as CEO of Zetwerk Electronics, where he led the company's vertical expansion and undertook key acquisitions, the company said in a press release. He also served for nearly a decade as managing director at Bharat FIH, a Foxconn Technology Group company, until 2024, and held international leadership roles at Nokia, where he helped architect electronics manufacturing ecosystems in India and Vietnam, it said.


In his new role, he will lead the company's IT hardware and devices vertical.
