NEW DELHI: Jain irrigation Systems today said its board has sought shareholders' approval for the reappointment of five directors in the company.
In a filing to Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that based on compensation committee, the board of directors has recommended to the shareholders the reappointment of five executive directors and payment of remuneration to them for a period of two years beginning October 01, 2010.
The board has recommended the reappointment of Ashok B Jain as vice chairman and, Anil B Jain as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the firm.
It has reappointed Ajit B Jain as Jt Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Atul B Jain as Director Marketing and R Swaminathan as Director Technical of the firm.
