Infy, ONGC go all out to woo employees

Oil major ONGC has gone a step further and is planning to allow a paid sabbatical of 3-7 years for its under-qualified employees. The initiative is aimed at skill upgradation and imbibing confidence among the workers. It’s up to the employees to take a call after 3 years whether they want to severe ties with the company. The implementation of the policy is expected in the next 3-4 months.
