When it comes to acknowledging a good customer service, Indians are more tech savvy and score way ahead compared to other markets.

Indians likely to pay more for great service, says a survey

Customers in India are nearly twice as likely to spend more for great service, compared to their counterparts in other markets, according to an American Express survey on public attitudes towards customer service.

Also, Indians continue to be most digital savvy with 71% using social media to get a customer service response in the past year as compared to 54% in 2012. So the lesson for corporates is very clear. Focusing on customer service is what will ultimately help them grow. Sagar Malviya lists the survey findings. Take a look:
